HOME TO MAKE MONEY WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY

SWISSCOIN REVIEW: WHAT’S IT ABOUT, AND HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM IT

BitCoin Alternative – SwissCoin is the future of Cryptocurrency!

Swisscoin. That is one word that has been trending on the internet for the past few months. If you haven’t heard of Swisscoin as at now, then you must have either been playing on the internet or you just came back from an 8-month exile from the internet. For the serious-minded and those that know the kind of great things that can be done through the internet, Swisscoin is certainly not an entirely new thing.

So what is Swisscoin? What’s it about? Why the uproar and serious discourse about it on the pages of the internet and among the business-oriented? In this article, I will make you understand what Swisscoin is all about, what it can be used for and how to use it.

Swisscoin is the future of Cryptocurrency!

What is Swisscoin?

In the simplest form, Swisscoin is a type of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is also known as digital currency, and involves the use of cryptology to create digital currency and control the flow of the currency.

The system of creating cryptocurrencies is complicated, and can be compared to the way the physical currencies we spend are made; we don’t know how they are made, yet we spend them. In the same way, you don’t need to know how cryptocurrencies which are virtual currencies are made, you just need to know how to get them and use them to your advantage, which is what I’m going to discuss in this article.

Brief History of Cryptocurrencies

The history of cryptocurrencies dates back to the ’90s, but it came to be known globally when Bitcoinwas started in 2009. According to Wikipedia, Bitcoin was the first decentralized form of cryptocurrency to be created; the ones created prior to Bitcoin were centralized like the physical currency we spend.
Swisscoin is a new form of cryptocurrency created by a Switzerland company in conjunction with other firms and partners from Germany in 2016. It is similar to Bitcoin, and was actually created as an alternative to Bitcoin due to issues with its (Bitcoin) capacity limit and currency design.

Though there are a lot of Bitcoin alternatives available on the internet right now, we are writing about Swisscoin because it has been found to be a reliable form of cryptocurrency as opposed to many others.

How does Swisscoin work?

Cryptocurrencies work on the principle of mining the units of cryptocurrency which are known as coins at a particular rate measured with a unit of physical currency (e.g. Dollars, Pounds, Euros, Naira, etc…).

This rate is usually very low at the beginning when the first batch of coins are being “mined”, and progresses to increase over time as it becomes more popular and demanded by a large number of people.

Let’s take Bitcoin, for example. When it was first created in 2009, the coins were mined at the rate of $0.02 per coin. At that time, I’m sure many people disregarded the project and didn’t bother joining. But surprisingly by 2013, four years after Bitcoin was launched, those coins gained a value as high as $1,100, and some were even being traded at a rate higher than that.

Now, imagine that you were one of those who bought the Bitcoins when they were being mined at $0.02, and you bought about 25,000 coins for $500. Then in 2013 you decided to sell all 25,000 coins. Let’s calculate.

25,000 coins * $1100 = $27,500,000. (OMG!)

Whoa! Your investment of just $500 would have yielded up to$27,500,000. What are you thinking right now?

What of today, when Bitcoins are being sold at $700 per coin. If you had invested $500 for 25,000 coins at that time and somehow slept through 2013 to 2016, how much would your coins worth now?

25,000 coins * $700 = $17,500,000.

You would still make a profit of over 10000% of your original investment.

When SwissCoin is valued at only €1, your investment of€500 would be worth €10,000 (as you have 10,000 coins).

That’s just the minimum possible. In 2018 SwissCoin is expected to be valued at closer to€5 per coin and still rising, meaning you €500investment would the be worth€50,000.

So, how is Swisscoin a better alternative to Bitcoin?

According to the calculations above, I’m sure you would be asking why you should join Swisscoin instead of Bitcoin. Here is my answer.

The reality is that Bitcoin is having problems with their systems and the popularity is going down. Also, if you were to go and join Bitcoin now, you would have to purchase coins at the rate of $700 each, which is very expensive.

Swisscoin is a new form of cryptocurrency, and that means that their coins will still be selling at a very low price. The platform was launched on the 4th of May, and they started mining their coins at the beginning of July, two months ago. Right now, Swisscoin coins are being mined at the rate of €0.1 per coin.

This is a very great opportunity for you to join the cryptocurrency trade while it’s still going at a low price. According to the law of demand and supply, the higher the demand for a product, the higher the price; and the lower the supply of an highly demanded product, the higher its price.

In a couple of years from now the demand for cryptocurrency is going to be very high, so it’s better to invest now that the coins are being mined at low cost, than to miss out yet again on another opportunity to get rich with cryptocurrency.

How to make money with Swisscoin

Before you can make money with Swisscoin, you obviously have to register an accounton the platform.

Register an account with Swisscoin

Before you can register an account with Swisscoin, you must have a sponsor whose referral link you would use to register your own account.

Don’t have a sponsor? Don’t worry, I can be your sponsor. By registering an account through my referral link, you get 100 coins for free to give you a head-start.

Click  www.swisscoin.eu/fomese12 to register
Now that you’ve registered, there are two ways to earn huge cash with Swisscoin. These are:

Trading educational packages and mining coins.Earning bonuses through referrals.

Trading educational packages and mining coins

Swisscoin offers its members the opportunity to learn about the system of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology that is used in producing the coins, and earn money/coins while doing so.

This is done through theSwisscoin Academy where there are different levels of training, the lowest beingRookie and the highest (level 11) being Crypto-Director. At each level, different packages are offered for sale at different prices, and you have to purchase a certain number of packages before advancing to another level.

So how can I make money from this?

Through TOKENS. Tokens are used to “mine” swisscoins, and at the moment, you are given 1 token for every 0.1 euro you spend on the system. Also when you purchase an educational pack, you get oneSplit which multiplies the number of tokens you get by two.

For now, one Token is used to mine one swisscoin. So you see the potential this system has. If you buy the cheapest pack which goes for €25, you get 250 tokens and one split, giving you a total of 500 tokens. This can also translate to, when you invest €500, you get 5,000 tokens and you also will get one split (a split doubles up your tokens), giving you a total of 10,000 tokens. This automatically translates into 10,000 coins, which you can save up for future trading when the cost of swisscoins goes up.
Earning bonuses through referrals

Apart from purchasing educational packs and earning tokens and splits, you can also make money on Swisscoin just by referring your friends and family to join the platform. Through this, you can actually kill two birds with one stone; you show your friends the way to earn huge with Swisscoin, and you get paid commission for doing that.

Here is how it works.

When your referral purchases an educational pack, the cost of the pack is converted to Business Volume at the rate of 1:1, meaning when they purchase a €25 pack, you get 25 Business Volume (BV) units.

Now what can you do with these BV?

Each BV unit carries a cost of €0.08, so you get €2 for every €25 package purchased by your referral. Of course the rate gets higher the higher your referral goes in the Academy, and there is no limit to the number of referrals you can register through your referral link.

That’s not all. You also get some bonuses on your referral sales as you move upwards in the Academy.

Team Bonus

When you get to level 2, you will qualify for team bonuseswhich guarantees you between 2 to 22 percent of the sales your referrals (team) make from the educational packages.
Matching Bonus

When you get to level 3 in the Academy, you qualify formatching bonuses which guarantees you between 1 to 20 percent of the commissions your referrals (team) get from the sales of the educational packages.

This is different from team bonuses in that you matching bonuses give you commission from your team’s commissions, while team bonuses give you commission from your team’s sales.

Apart from team and matching bonuses, you also qualify for other bonuses in forms of gift items like laptops, cash, house and wristwatch as you level up in the Academy. You could also gain entry into the Diamond pool where you have the opportunity of winning diamond coins.

Other Benefits – Peer-to-peer (P2P) International Money Transfers

Swisscoin also has a payment system (Peer-to-peer) that allows you to transfer cash directly to other Swisscoin traders without the involvement of any bank or transfer agencies, from the comfort of your mobile phones and computers. Join Swisscoin today to know what I’m talking about.

So, how do I withdraw the cash I earn through Swisscoin?

Every unit of currency you earn with Swisscoin goes into your Swisscoin wallet, and you can withdraw it using any of the below methods:

Direct transfer to your bank account.Withdrawal via your Swisscoin Mastercard.Reinvest in buying more coins.

The Swisscoin Mastercard is not yet available. It will be rolled out sometime in September.

Note that only 60% of your earnings would be available for withdrawal. The remaining 40% will be be automatically used to mine another set of coins, to ensure that you continue to earn with the system.

Also, note that you don’t have to withdraw all your available funds. You can use part of your earnings to buy more coins and re-start the process to earn you even greater amounts of cash and bonuses.

How am I sure that Swisscoin won’t run away with my money like MLM?

The issue of money laundering and frauds is one of the things that prevents people from joining Multilevel Marketing (MLM) platforms like Swisscoin and Bitcoin. To checkmate this, Swisscoin has created a system known asKnow Your Customer (KYC).

KYC is a system which allows you to know other Swisscoin traders on a one-on-one basis. It also uses other mechanisms to eliminate the risk of frauds and corruption. With Swisscoin’s KYC, you are safe!

How to Get FRE 100 Coins

You are guaranteed free 100 coins when you join using my referral link. By the time SwissCoin goes trading for about €1 per coin, that will translate to a free €100.

BREAKING: SUPREME COURT AFFIRMS REV KINGS’s 2007 DEATH SENTENCE

The Supreme Court has okayed the convicted General-Overseer of the Christian Praying Assembly, Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, a.k.a Rev. King to die by hanging.

In a unanimous judgment Friday afternoon, a seven-man panel of Justices ‎of the apex court led by Justice Walter Onnoghen, upheld the death sentence that was earlier handed to Ezeugo by the Lagos State High Court.
Consequently, the court in its lead verdict that was delivered by Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, dismissed the appeal the convicted clergy lodged before it.
Justice Ngwuta who noted that “the ‎facts of the case could have been lifted from horror film”, resolved all the 12 issues Ezeugo raised in his appeal.”
“This appeal has no merit. The judgement of the court of appeal is hereby affirmed. The prison sentence that was earlier handed to the appellant is no longer relevant in view of the death sentence passed on him”, Justice Ngwuta held.
It will be recalled that Ezeugo was convicted and sentenced to death by hanging on January 11, 2007, for the alleged murder of his church member, Ann Uzoh.
He was arraigned on September 26, 2006 on a six-count charge of attempted murder and murder. The charge against him was at the instance of the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions.
During the trial, the prosecution had argued that the convict poured petrol on the diseased, Uzor and five others. Uzoh died on August 2, 2006, exactly 11 days after the incident.
In her judgment, trial Justice Joseph Oyewole who is now a Justice of the Court of Appeal at Calabar, said there was sufficient evidence linking the accused person to the commission of the crime.
Consequently, Justice Oyewole convicted and sentenced Ezeugo to 20 years imprisonment for the attempted murder and death by hanging for the offence of murder.
Dissatisfied with the judgment, Ezeugo took the case before the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal. The condemned clergy, in his notice of appeal dated January 16, 2007, prayed the appellate court to set aside the judgment.
Aside 16 grounds of appeal he raised through his lawyer, Mr. Olalekan Ojo, he was subsequently granted leave to argue additional 16 grounds based an amended notice of appeal he filed on June 15, 2008.
Ojo argued that his client did not commit the crime and was not at the scene of the incident. He insisted that the deceased, Uzoh, had in two statements she made after the incident and before her death, stated that she got burnt in a generator accident and that the cleric was not responsible for her injuries.
Ojo said the Investigating Police Officer, IPO, had tendered statements which stated that Ezeugo was not responsible for the burns that led to Uzoh’s death. He alleged that the trial Judge refused to admit in evidence, the statements he said exonerated Ezeugo of the crime.
The lawyer further contended had those “vital exhibits” been admitted rather than expunged by the trial judge, they would have operated to cast serious doubt on the case of the prosecution. He maintained that Justice Oyewole’s refusal to admit the exhibits in evidence “occasioned a great miscarriage of justice” against his client.
Meanwhile, after due consideration of the case, a three-man panel of justices of the appellate court, in a lead judgment that was delivered by Justice Fatimo Akinbami, dismissed Ezeugo’s appeal and upheld the high court verdict. The other members of the appellate court panel that equally concurred with the lower court’s verdict were Justices Amina Augie and Ibrahim Saulawa.
Determined to save his life, Rev Ezeugo lodged an appeal before the Supreme Court. His appeal was challenged by the Lagos state government which through its Attorney General, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem and Director of Public Prosecutions, Mrs. Idowu Alakija, urged the apex court to dismiss it and uphold the concurrent verdicts of the two lower courts.

HOW I INFECTED 324 MEN WITH HIV – FEMALE STUDENT REVEALS

confession
AMAZING STORIES
A female student in Kenya has confessed that she has infected a total of 324 men with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
The HIV positive girl, who is a student at the Kabarak University in Nakuru, was infected by a man at a party.
The unknown 19-year old is allegedly having the intention to infect a total of 2000 men in revenge.
According to reports:
The girl allegedly contacted Kenyan Scandals on Facebook and claimed she had something to confess.
After she was sure that her identity was going to be protected (the Kenyan Daily Post, however, published a picture from her Facebook profile along with the article) she wrote: “Sep 22nd, 2013 is a day I”ll never forgets, we went clubbing in town and got drunk with some senior students then went back hostels for party round 2″.
The next morning when she woke up, there was a boy called Javan, and had has sexual activity with her while she was drunk.
“I only asked if he used a condom and he said yes, however, when taking bath I noticed sperms down there, I wanted to commit suicide, I feared getting pregnant and HIV.”
When she found out that she was HIV positive, the girl confronted Javan, who claimed that he was clean.
The girl said: “I was so depressed and took alcohol to die, I even bought poison, the pain was just unbearable how I was gone face the world, I let my parents down, I gave up on the world and just wanted to end my life. My future had been ruined, somehow someone had to pay.”
“I accepted my fate and promised to make all men I come across suffer, I know I’m attractive and men both married and unmarried chase me left right and center.”
“I buried the good girl in me and became the bad girl, my goal was to infect as many as possible,” she explained.
After that, the girl told that she had already infected 324 men, 156 of which are students at the Kabarak University, where she studies, the rest are married men, lecturers, lawyers, celebrities and politicians.
“Not a day passes without me having sexual activity, mostly 4 people per day,” she continued in her confession. “Your day is coming, you men destroyed my life and I will make you and your people pay for it”

5 EASY WAYS TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION

5 Easy Ways To Reduce Inflammation
Health Tips

Nearly everyone could improve their health by reducing the levels of inflammation in their body. Inflammation is one of the major forces behind aging and disease, yet most of us are unknowingly fuelling it through the foods we eat and the lifestyle we live. Poor diet choices, a stressful lifestyle, pollution and lack of exercise can all add up and result in chronic inflammation, pain and disease over an extended period.

The reason we want to keep inflammation low is due to the potential havoc it can cause in our body. Inflammation is associated with most diseases, including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular, neurogenic, arthritis and macular degeneration, inflammation reduction should be a priority for most people. While inflammation may not directly cause a disease such as obesity, it is a by-product of becoming obese which may then fuel other diseases like arthritis, diabetes and heart disease.

In some situations, such as tissue repair from injury or fighting infection, low levels of temporary inflammation is a perfectly natural and healthy response to aiding our recovery. Chronic inflammation or low-grade inflammation slowly causing cell damage on a daily basis is what we want to avoid.

Now that we have reasons to keep inflammation down, let’s look at five easy lifestyle adjustments we can make to significantly reduce inflammation and improve our health.

#1 Reduce Sugar

Reducing sugar I believe is the number way most people can reduce inflammation. For most people, it might seem impossible to completely reduce refined sugar from one's diet but there are many ways to reduce it while still enjoying the occasional treat.

Look to fill yourself up with a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner to help lower the urge to snack, as this is where most of us slip unhealthy food into their lives. Reducing sodas, sweets, cakes and general junk food is a good place to start. If you need a sweet drink look towards stevia sweetened waters or tea, trade the milk chocolate for dark chocolate, or swap the biscuits for some nuts.

#2 Reduce processed and fast foods

Processed foods and fast food can contain an abundance of inflammation-causing substances. The trans-fats that most fast food is cooked in has been associated with pro-inflammatory effects, which in processed foods is often labelled with the word “hydrogenised”.   More often than not we don’t know exactly which chemicals go into our fast food to make the food taste so good or what preservatives have been used to make it last so long. Check the back of packets for words you struggle to pronounce, and there’s a good chance your body doesn’t want it. Thankfully there are an increasing number of healthy cafes and fast food options that we can now choose from.

#3 Add More Antioxidant-Rich Foods Into Your Diet

The more antioxidant rich foods you eat, the more ammo your body has to fight inflammation-causing free radicals. We can create some of our antioxidants but heavily rely on dietary intake to overcome the excess free radicals caused by environmental toxins and stress.

There is no better place to start than fresh, organic fruit and vegetables. Antioxidants from fruit and vegetables are in a bioavailable form our body knows how to use and process.
To compliment the fruit and vegetables, omega-3 fatty acids from fish, nuts and avocados is another great natural anti-inflammatory.

#4 Exercise For At Least 20 Minutes A Day

Simply 20 minutes of exercise a day can have amazing benefits on your health. By stimulating anti-inflammatory cytokines, some exercise every day can help protect you against chronic disease associated with low-grade inflammation.

As we know, sugar is extremely inflammatory. Incorporating resistance training or high-intensity exercise can reduce blood sugar levels as our body starts to pull glucose into our muscles for energy, further reducing the inflammation strain on your body.

#5 Relax And Get A Good Sleep

Relaxing and getting a proper night sleep can actually help reduce inflammation. Relaxation promotes the reduction in pro-inflammatory cytokines and helps keep inflammatory stress hormones down.  Sleeping gives our body it's best chance to recover from inflammation while falling into an anti-inflammatory state.

Just a few easy changing to our lifestyle can switch the balance between inflammation-causing free radicals and antioxidants. By reducing sugar, fast food and processed food, we are creating less work for antioxidants to reduce free radicals. By going one step further and adding antioxidant promoting activities into your life such as more exercise, colourful vegetable.

WHAT YOUR POOP SAYS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

What Your Poop Says About Your Health

HEALTH TIPS

There’s no doubt that what goes into our bodies is a testimony to our health. But did you know that what’s coming out also says a lot about your wellbeing?

The look, smell, texture and frequency of our bowel motions gives us valuable clues about the wellness of our insides. The trouble is, discussing poop with your friends is socially taboo to say the least. So how do you know if you’re normal and healthy?

Thankfully, this is a safe space to ditch conversation niceties and talk about those awkward tummy tales without any judgement, just helpful advice to ensure your health is right on track. So here's the scoop on your poop!

First Things First… What Really Even IS Your Poo?

Admittedly this isn’t one of life’s big, philosophical questions that you’re likely to reflect upon very often. But have you ever stopped to wonder what your poo is actually made of?

If you guessed that it’s leftover food that we didn’t digest, you are partially correct! In fact, over half of your faeces is actually made up of water, with the rest made up of undigested solids, bacteria and fat.
We also get rid of unwanted metabolic waste products and toxins in our poop. So pooing regularly is an important way for our bodies to eliminate the ‘garbage’ it no longer needs.

Is My Poo Normal?

A normal, healthy bowel motion should be brown, moist and cohesively well-formed. A healthy poo should not require you to strain in order to pass it or leave you feeling incompletely evacuated.

In the opposite extreme, it is also not normal to experience recurrent bouts of loose stools or diarrhoea. Passing mucus or blood in the stools are major signs that something is amiss in your gut and should be checked by a reputable health practitioner. Likewise, if your poop is light-coloured and floating, this can indicate that your liver or ability to digest fat is problematic and should also be investigated.

Some health professionals say a healthy poo should be shaped like an 'S', but a soft, easy to pass stool similar to either Type 4 according to the Bristol Stool Scale in the image below is a good sign!
How Often Should I Poop?
There is a wide range in what health experts recommend is a healthy frequency to poop.

For most of us, it is normal to poop as much as three times a day or as little as once every second day. However, many health practitioners advise that there is wide variation in gut transit time between people. Therefore, there is a large range of pooping frequency that is considered ‘normal’ if it has always been ‘normal’ for you!

You may be having gut issues if:

  • You experience a change in the routine of what is ‘normal’ for how often you usually go to the toilet.
  • Unexpectedly and unexplainably you start to lose weight.
  • The colour, smell and texture of your poop changes.
  • You have excessive abdominal pain, gas or bloating.
  • There are recurrent issues with nausea and vomiting.
  • There is a shiny film of oil in the toilet when you poop. This is called steatorrhea and means there is excessive amounts of fat in your diet or a significant amount of fat not being absorbed in your body.
  • The colour of your poop is dark black, or there is blood in the water. Don't freak out if you've eaten beets recently - some foods such as beets can turn your pee and poop a shade of red that you might not have been expecting. But if you've had no beets and you're seeing red or producing dark black stools, it could be something more serious.
So if your poop or digestive system is giving you any of the above messages, it is time to get checked out by a trusted health practitioner!

How To Get In The Good Toilet Habit

When digestion isn’t working properly, this can affect our entire wellbeing. Therefore, it makes good sense to put some habits into place to support our digestion and give us happy, healthy poop!

Here’s a few easy tips we suggest to support your gut:

  • HYDRATE. Unless you have a renal or cardiovascular issue that limits your water intake, most adults need to be drinking, at least, 68oz (2L) of fluid each day. This helps to soften the stool and enables fibre to work properly so that poop can move through your insides and evacuate easily.
  • USE A GOOD QUALITY PROBIOTIC. The friendly probiotic bacteria in our gut play a big role in digestion, immune function and keeping our intestines healthy. However, pesticides, antibiotics and many other factors affect our probiotic populations. A probiotic supplement can help to replenish our friendly gut bacteria and keep our digestive system happy!
  • FIT IN ENOUGH FIBRE. There are two types of fibre that we need in our diet; insoluble fibre is the ‘roughage’ that bulks up our stools and ‘sweeps’ through our insides. Soluble fibre absorbs water and softens the stool. Getting enough of both types of fibre is important for making perfect poop!
  • SQUAT IT. Before artificial toilets were created, humans once squatted to void their bowels. This natural position naturally compresses the bowel walls and assists with gentle pressure to move bowel motions through. Whilst we don’t suggest that pooping in the wild again is by any means a solution, propping your legs on a small stool under your toilet seat can help to mimic this natural process.

STUDY LINKS SUGAR TO CANCER: HOW TO REDUCE YOUR RISK

Study Links Sugar To Cancer: How To Reduce Your Risk

Health Tips

We discovered this article today on Fox News and just had to share! This new research has only been tested on mice, but it's a strong indication that sugar, especially the processed varieties, need to be kept to a minimum in our daily diets!  See the full article below:

new study from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Centre reveals diets that are high in sugar are a major risk factor for certain types of cancers, especially breast cancer.

In the study, researchers gave mice fructose and sucrose in amounts similar to what someone who follows a Western diet would consume. They studied mice that were genetically modified for breast cancer research and then placed them into four different groups. Each group was fed a different diet with various amounts of sugar until the mice were about 6 months old.

After six months, results showed that a diet consisting of sugar levels similar to the typical Western diet caused an increase in tumor growth as well as the spread of lung cancer. Among the mice on a sucrose-enriched diet, 50 to 58 percent had developed mammary tumors, while only 30 percent of the mice on a non-sugar starch-based diet had developed measurable tumors.

Researchers concluded that it is how sugar affects the inflammatory pathway that fuels cancer growth.

"We determined that it was specifically fructose, in table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup, ubiquitous within our food system, which was responsible for facilitating lung metastasis and 12-HETE production in breast tumors,” said study author Lorenzo Cohen, a professor of palliative rehabilitation and integrative medicine at the University of Texas.

Study authors investigated the mechanisms that may be involved in the growth and spread of tumors in the mice on the sugar diets. They found that sugar increases the growth of an enzyme called 12-LOX and a fatty acid called 12-HETE in breast cancer cells. They also found that fructose increased the risk of the production of 12-HETE in breast tumors as well as the spread of cancer to the lungs.

Previous research has investigated the association between sugar and the development of cancer. However, this study is unique because it’s the first research that looks at the direct effect of sugar consumption on the development of cancer in animals.

Normal cells require sugar, which produces insulin. However, when there is too much sugar in the pancreas, it becomes exhausted. This can lead to insulin resistance, which is also known as diabetes. With regards to cancer, there is not much evidence that sugar causes cancer. But what has been found is a strong association between the two. Cancer cells have receptors called insulin growth factors, which cancer cells can use to spread cancer. Excess sugar goes to the liver, which is then metabolized. When there is an overload of sugar in the liver, it is concerted to fat. This causes a buildup of belly fat and cytokines, which can increase your risk for cancer.

Sugar consumption in the United States is on the rise. Americans on average individually consume about 100 to 150 pounds of sugar per year. Based on these findings and other research suggesting a link between sugar consumption and cancer, the researchers advise a diet low in sugar. Other than cancer, sugar consumption is a major risk factor for the development of other health conditions such as obesity and heart disease. According to the American Heart Association, women should have no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar per day, and men should have no more than 9 teaspoons of sugar per day. Many Americans consume about double that amount.

It is important to be able to spot the hidden sugars in food, as this is where many people don’t realize their dietary mistakes lie. Sugar isn’t just found within “sugar” on a food label. Sugar can be within a number of other ingredients such as fructose, lactose, sucrose, maltose, glucose, and dextrose. While it is unlikely you’ll be able to completely avoid sugar, it is possible to choose healthier, natural sugars such as agave nectar and honey. Artificial sweeteners should be avoided.

The main sugar culprit is fructose, or high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). When we consume sugar, the reward center in the brain is activated. Over time, we build a tolerance for sugar and, in turn, crave it more. Food companies use HFCS in many foods labeled as “low-fat” to make up for the lack of taste due to less fat. However, this is not a healthy alternative.

High amounts of sugar can also lead to diabetes. The signs and symptoms of diabetes include increased thirst, increased hunger, frequent urination or urine infections, unexplained weight loss, fatigue, blurred vision, and headaches. Tests for diabetes include A1C and fasting blood sugar test. A1C should be less than 6%. A fasting blood sugar level less than 100 mg/dL is normal, 100 to 125 is prediabetes, and 126 or higher means diabetes.

Overall, there is room for sugar in a balanced diet when consumed in small amounts. If you find yourself craving sugar, it is better to satisfy that craving with naturally sweet fruits as opposed to processed foods. This way, you can get your sugar fix while getting the nutrients your body needs to ward off diseases like cancer.

SCHOOL THREATENS TO KICK 13-YEAR-OLD BOY OUT OF CLASSES UNLESS HE CHANGES HIS CONTROVERSIAL HAIRSTYLE

  • Jayden Wilson, 13, pictured with mother Diane Hyam, 51, has been told he will be removed from lessons at The King Edmund School in Rochford, Essex, unless he changes his hairstyle
  • .Jayden Wilson, 13, told he will be kicked out of class over his hairstyle
  • .He has blonde highlights in short, gelled-back top with shaved sides
  • .The King Edmund School is Essex said his look breaks its rules
  • Mother Diane Hyam, 51, said her son has had the style 'for months'

  • A 13-year-old boy has been told he will be removed from school lessons if he does not change his hairstyle.

  • Mother Diane Hyam received a letter from The King Edmund School, in Rochford, Essex, warning her that her son's blonde highlights and gelled-back short hairstyle breaks uniform rules.
The 51-year-old says her son, Jayden Wilson, has had a short back and sides for years, and had his highlights added more than five months ago with no complaints from the school.

Mrs Hyam, of Rochford, also claims other pupils at the school have similar hairstyles.
She said: 'They say it is their policy, it is in the paperwork, to have natural colours in the hair. The school said he will be taken out of lessons and put in isolation if he does not get rid of the highlights.
'I have two school photos on the wall, one from two years ago and one from a year ago, both the sides of his hair shorter than it is now.
'I don't think there's anything wrong with his hair. It's a fashionable style which all the kids now have, with the gel in it makes the highlights darker and you can barely notice the blonde.

'It is neat and tidy and there has never been a problem in the past.
'My son feels like he can never do anything right. One teacher told him it's a problem with the length and another said it was the colour.'
Mrs Hyam said she has been told to dye the bolnde out of Jayden's hair, or he will be put on isolation.
She added: 'I had a letter before Christmas and that's the first we heard of anything.
'I don't want to change it and I don't see why I should, but if I really have to I will put some colours on it which still won't be natural. It is crazy.
The school, pictured, said its policy was that pupil's hairstyles should be 'conventional and suitable'

'He also turns up to school in a clean white shirt, in the correct uniform and blazer and looking smart.
A spokesman for The King Edmund School  said staff try to resolve all breaches of uniform rules with parents.
He said: 'The King Edmund School has a long-standing approach to student hairstyles, which is that they should be conventional and suitable for school, reflecting the high standards that we seek in all aspects of school life.
'Extremes of fashion are not allowed and we ask parents to ensure that if hair is cut short that the scalp is not showing.
'We also ask that hairstyles are not coloured, or have colours in unnatural combinations.
'Where there are issues we work with parents to resolve matters as quickly as possible.'
